Move over Tesla! Japanese automaker Aspark has unleashed their own electric car, called the Owl that just broke a speed record, going from zero to 60 in 1.9 seconds. Before this, Tesla had the record at 2.3 seconds.
On one hand, Aspark should be commended. Being the best in the world counts for a lot.
On the other hand, the Aspark Owl costs a staggering $4.4 million, which is much more than the Tesla Model S, which has a base price of around $70,000.
The car is pretty damn cool any way you look at it.
